Albert Naa is a Ghanaian technology entrepreneur, software engineer, educator, and innovation leader dedicated to transforming lives through digital technology, education, entrepreneurship, and Artificial Intelligence. With over 15 years of experience in software engineering, enterprise systems development, machine learning, digital transformation, and ICT capacity building, he has established himself as one of Northern Ghana's leading technology professionals and innovators.
As the Founder and Chief Executive Officer of Norgence Digital Solutions, Albert leads a technology company delivering enterprise software solutions, digital transformation consulting, Artificial Intelligence applications, cloud technologies, cybersecurity services, and ICT infrastructure for public institutions, educational institutions, businesses, and financial technology companies across Ghana.
Driven by a passion for developing Africa's next generation of digital professionals, Albert founded Norgence ICT Academy, a Digital Excellence Hub committed to equipping young people and professionals with practical, industry-ready technology skills. Through the academy, thousands of students have received training in Software Engineering, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, Cybersecurity, Data Analytics, Computer Networking, Web Development, Digital Marketing, Hardware Engineering, and Digital Productivity Tools.
Albert also serves as the Executive Director of the NorthBridge ICT Initiative, a non-profit organisation dedicated to bridging the digital divide through responsive learning, career guidance, mentorship, leadership development, and digital inclusion programmes for vulnerable children and young people across Ghana.
Recognised for combining technical expertise with visionary leadership, Albert is passionate about building innovative software that solves real-world challenges while empowering individuals and organisations to thrive in the digital economy. His work continues to influence education, entrepreneurship, government digital transformation, and emerging technologies, particularly Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning.
